Found CostaSmart Appliance Repair online while searching for heater repair services. They seemed like a solid choice, so I gave them a call. I had a problem with my water heater making strange noises and not heating water efficiently. The whole heater repair process started pretty much right away. The technician arrived at my doorstep in Costa Mesa, CA, on time and was super friendly. He quickly diagnosed the issue, and it turned out to be a faulty thermostat. This guy knew his stuff! Did a thorough check and explained the whole thing without diving into technical jargon that flies over my head. It wasn't long before my water heater was back to normal, warming water like it should! Another thing worth mentioning, CostaSmart didn't rip me off. Their pricing for the heater repair was fair, and everything was transparent from the start. They also had spare parts on hand, so no waiting around for orders to come in. Quick and painless service. Definitely recommend them if you're in the Costa Mesa area and need quality heater repair. I was really impressed with how they handled everything. Hoping I don’t have to deal with another break anytime soon, but if I do, I'm calling CostaSmart.
